Precision Piano Tuning for a Perfect Sound

Basic Tuning
$185.00

Keep your piano sounding clear, balanced, and in tune.

A standard piano tuning adjusts the tension of each string so your instrument plays at the correct pitch and sounds harmonious across all keys. Over time, pianos naturally drift out of tune due to changes in temperature, humidity, and regular use.

This service is ideal for pianos that have been tuned within the past 6–12 months and are still relatively stable.

What’s included:

Fine-tuning of all notes across the keyboard

Adjustment to standard concert pitch (A440)

Basic inspection of the piano’s condition

Recommended: Once or twice per year for consistent performance and sound quality.

Pitch Raise + Tuning
$235.00

If your piano has fallen significantly out of tune, a pitch raise followed by a fine tuning will restore it to proper playing condition.

When a piano sits untuned for an extended period, the overall tension drops, and the pitch can fall well below standard. A pitch raise first brings the instrument back up to near A440 across all strings. Afterward, a detailed fine tuning is performed to stabilize and refine the sound.

Best for:

  • Pianos not tuned in 1+ years

  • Pianos that sound noticeably flat or “off”

  • Newly acquired or moved pianos needing restoration

What’s included:

  • Full pitch raise adjustment (coarse tuning)

  • Follow-up precision tuning

  • Stabilization of string tension

  • Improved tone clarity and consistency

Piano Pre-Purchase Inspection
$100.00

Buying a piano is a big investment—make sure you know exactly what you’re getting. Our pre-purchase inspection provides a thorough, professional evaluation by a Certified Piano Technician, helping you avoid costly surprises and make a confident, informed decision.

We carefully assess the instrument’s overall condition, including tuning stability, action and touch, structural integrity, sound quality, and signs of wear or hidden damage. Whether the piano is new or used, we’ll give you a clear, honest breakdown of its current state and any potential repair or maintenance needs.

After the inspection, you’ll receive straightforward recommendations and insight into the piano’s value, so you can negotiate with confidence or walk away if needed.
